You might think that choosing trousers shouldn't be too difficult, but - with today's range of offers, women's trousers can make you dizzy. How have materials and technologies changed? How has fashion changed and how does all this affect purchasing decisions?
Women's trousers - Let's start with the classics
The most basic solution will almost always be women's trousers of the skinny type. That is, well-fitting, made of a mixture of natural and synthetic fibers. Or slightly wider trousers, cigarette pants, which instead of black are often made of checkered materials today. Of course, stylists always add certain restrictions regarding the figure and how trousers can hide or emphasize figure flaws. However, this does not change the basic rules in any way, but it can affect purchasing decisions. Fortunately, the manufacturer of women's trousers always has offers up its sleeve that will appeal to women who think that basic solutions are not for them.
Something about jeans
Regardless of how much some would like to conjure reality. Jeans were not, are not and should never be an element of formal attire. They are comfortable trousers, which, however, belong strictly to the casual segment. And even if they can be matched to certain office styles, they will definitely not be suitable for any formal or business outfit. However, you can look great in them, especially when combined with a T-shirt or a more frivolous blouse. Often also with a sweater, but it will always be an everyday style. And this is worth emphasizing, because although jeans are rarely made of denim today, in this case it is not the material that really decides. But the look of the trousers - it is enough for them to visually resemble jeans, and they will no longer be suitable for any formal outfit.
The history of women's high-waist trousers
Fashion is changeable and goes round in circles, a perfect example of which is the history of high-waist trousers. Today, they are available in every women's trousers wholesaler. But a few years ago, even importers of trousers lost interest in them. Why? Because one fashion blogger said that a high waist spoils the figure. Others repeated it, and women who had previously felt great in higher trousers put them away forever.
However, it turned out that this "forever" did not last long, because already in the current season, the high waist not only came back into fashion, but even broke popularity records. The only surprising reason is the reasoning - supposedly trousers hide figure flaws and visually improve proportions. So, do they spoil or fix? That's why women's trousers manufacturers and more experienced stylists have good advice - you don't have to be influenced by others. If you feel good in some trousers and you think they fit you well. Then just buy them and wear them, because you're supposed to like them.
Women's trousers for summer
For a few years now, summer and autumn styles with trousers have been dominated by trousers with holes. Importers of women's trousers for some time could hardly keep up with the demand. In women's trousers wholesalers patterns with holes disappeared without a hitch. Today, both short and long versions are available in the offer of every manufacturer that has a casual segment. It is worth remembering, however, that although such trousers are trendy, they are not always the right choice. Just like shorts or women's trousers in camouflage, they are extremely casual. They are suitable for everyday wear, or for the office, where the dress code is quite liberal, but not much else. Women's trousers with holes are a trend that is holding up quite strongly and, what's more, freely permeates between successive seasons. So it may be worth buying such trousers for your wardrobe.
Women's trousers - A word about the material
Finally, it is worth adding a few more sentences about the materials. Light, natural fabrics are perfect for loose, elegant trousers. They have a nice, deep and matte colour, they let the air through and provide freedom. In the case of tight trousers, the addition of synthetic fibres is important, which facilitates the wicking of moisture and provides much-needed elasticity. However, it should be remembered that synthetic fabrics are usually more shiny, which spoils the charm of many refined styles.
When choosing trousers, it is also worth paying attention to how well the seams are placed. Like it or not, they will be subjected to considerable stress and in the cheapest trousers it sometimes happens that the seams simply come apart. This is not a pleasant surprise, so it is better to avoid it by simply purchasing either from a good trouser manufacturer or from a proven wholesaler. The last important thing is the combination of materials. Some trousers get special inserts that are supposed to change their aesthetic. This often looks very good, but it definitely makes even the most elegant trousers immediately pass into the casual segment. The same will apply to trousers that are excessively decorated with strings, bows or lace.
